Telling Architectural is an international distributor of building materials specializing in rainscreen facades. With nearly two decades of serving a global marketplace, Telling serves as the technical support, distribution, sales and marketing arm for Argeton and other facades in North America as well as Europe, the Caribbean and many parts of the Middle East. Based in Rhode Island headquartered in Wolverhampton, England, Telling provides national and international services in the design and supply of façade technologies. With particular emphasis upon rainscreen façades installed over metal framing and CMU substrates for new and recladding operations, Telling brings and established and experienced partner to manufacturing, engineering, design, and installation processes.

STAFF
Telling maintains a staff of in-house engineers to review and support design recommendations and modifications when necessary. Services provided by Telling stem from years of experience in construction, material handling, contracting and on site construction management for select projects. These services are brought to bear in whole or in part based on the needs and resources of the clients, the design team, and the project. Telling provides support to the building team with:

•		Window Flashing and Design
•		Tile Layouts
•		Seismic Performance
•		Air and Weathertight Barriers
•		Site supervision, monitoring and crew training at a level that shall be at the discretion of the client/contractor

INDEMNITY
Telling has a $8 million Professional Indemnity Insurance program in effect internationally for its system design. Shop Drawings Telling employs a team of designers and draftsmen who will adopt the project and become intimately familiar with the design and intent of architect. The shop drawing procedures for Telling and Argeton are simple and straightforward. Starting with the cad drawings from the architect Telling sharpens the process from typical details to project specific details along with a full set of enhanced elevations, section drawings, tile set out drawings, and calculations, back to the architect for his review and red line. Drawings are stamped by a Professional Engineer in the UK. At the conclusion of the process the architect and contractor will have a set of comprehensive drawings that provide the road map for proper installation of the system.

SITE SUPERVISION
Telling provides a Field Service Technician at the site to assist the contractor in the proper installation of the system. Site supervision, monitoring, and crew training at a level that shall be at the discretion of the client/contractor.
