Baguettes & Sunshades
Baguettes
or sunshades from Argeton can be utilized for solar protection,
as an effective ventilation screen with security against
access, or simply, as a decorative element. The Baguettes
offer captivating elegance within a functional element of
the facade. Standard baguettes dimensions are 2” x
2” with lengths up to 60” or 1500mm. Custom
profiles are available on request. Each baguette incorporates
an aluminum reinforcement bar through the core to provide
additional support and strength. All standard colors are
available and custom colors can be achieved.
Baguettes are typically attached to a prepunched, extruded
aluminum vertical support profile provided by Telling. Design
and engineering is also available for custom attachment
to achieve the desired effect to enhance the overall aesthetic
of the baguette layout. See samples of typical details in
